Effective algae control

MAGIC ALGAE STOP is a filter cartridge designed for chemical filtration in freshwater and marine aquariums, suitable for 50-300 L tanks. The interlining pouch (100 ml) contains an absorbent that reduces phosphate and nitrate, the main causes of algae growth.

Active and safe design

Made of specially selected ion exchange resin, the cartridge effectively adsorbs phosphates and nitrates, preventing algae growth and improving water clarity. The interlining bag ensures easy handling and prevents dusting, being safe for fish and plants.

Application and benefits

Ideal for indoor and outdoor filters (e.g. FAN, UNIMAX), MAGIC ALGAE STOP reduces algae growth, promoting a healthy aquarium environment and tank aesthetics. It is especially effective in aquariums with high organic loads or algae problems.

How to use.

Place the bag in the filter basket or filter chamber after mechanical cartridges. Replace every 2-4 weeks, depending on phosphate and nitrate levels.

Maintenance

Replace the pouch every 2-4 weeks, as the absorbent loses its adsorption capacity once saturated. Do not rinse used pouches to avoid the release of absorbed substances.

Monitor phosphate and nitrate levels to determine frequency of replacement. Place the pouch after mechanical filtration for maximum effectiveness.
