These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from Song Birds & More Pet Shop, operated from Malta (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

limit quantities,

refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Prices & Promotions

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Prices and promotions may vary between our online store and our physical shop. Some offers are available online only, while others are in-store only.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

5. Orders & Payment

An order is considered accepted only once you receive an order confirmation email.

Payments are accepted via the methods displayed at checkout and are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders received before 11:00am on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) may be eligible for same-day delivery, where available.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be delivered within the stipulated delivery timeframe as indicated in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location, order value, and delivery method selected.

All applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout and are also detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

In summary:

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Pet food, treats, supplements, veterinary products, and hygiene-related items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any items received damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the item, packaging, and delivery label.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Song Birds & More Pet Shop or used with permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses,
our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under Maltese or EU law.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
